Meridian PIA is a client-side personal finance application that runs entirely in your web browser. It provides tools for portfolio tracking, budgeting, retirement planning, tax residency monitoring, and related financial analysis. The Service does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations.
All figures, projections, calculations, insights, and reports generated by Meridian PIA are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Monte Carlo simulations, retirement projections, and scenario analyses are illustrative estimates based on user-provided inputs and assumptions. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
You own all data you enter into Meridian PIA. The Service stores data exclusively on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB and localStorage), encrypted with your passphrase. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

Meridian PIA offers free (Lite) and paid (Pro, Family) tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
While we strive for accuracy, Meridian PIA may contain errors in calculations, exchange rates, tax rules, or other financial computations. Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via frankfurter.app and may not reflect real-time market rates. Stock prices depend on third-party APIs configured by the user. We are not liable for inaccuracies in any calculation or projection.
Meridian PIA may integrate with third-party services (exchange rate providers, stock price APIs, payment processors). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices.
Meridian PIA, including its source code, design, branding, and documentation, is proprietary software. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian PIA and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or missed opportunities.
You may stop using Meridian PIA at any time. Since your data is stored locally, deleting your browser data removes all traces of the Service. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
